In accordance with the constitution,
Law no.29 for the year 1962 regulating employees of the Amiri Diwan, which was amended by Law No. 5 for the year 1978, Law no.15 for the year 1979 regulating the civil service, and Law No.48 for the year 1979 regulating the salaries of the Prime Minister and the Ministers, we decree the following:
Article One
- The appointment of Nasser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah as Minister for Amiri Diwan Affairs.
Article Two
- The Prime Minister and the Ministers are to fulfill this decree, it is effective as of the date of issue, and it is to be published in official newspapers.
